Why detox? Even if you eat the healthiest foods 100% of the time, exercise and meditate on a regular basis, giving your body and mind a break to “restore and refresh” will help you feel great and enhance your wellness. Just living in the modern world exposes us to toxins – around our home, outside the home, in processed foods, etc. Our bodies do a great job cleansing these toxins and maintaining homeostasis. But these things take a toll on our body, our mind and our energy over time and can lead to physical and mental burnout or toxic overload. This is when you may experience breakdown – getting sick, suffering from depression or anxiety, feeling pain, feeling lethargic, and even dealing with disease. Who is this for?

This detox is open for everyone – whether you are in your 20s or your 70s, an experienced yogi or have never taken a yoga class. This is for you.

How does it work?

When you sign up (see below), you will receive the details on what you will need (it’s not a lot) and everything you need to know to be successful for these 7 days and beyond! In addition to specific meeting times & access to me when you need support, you’ll receive a comprehensive workbook to guide you during the detox.

What is the time commitment?

You’ll spend roughly 1 hour each day (the days we are together, live online, roughly 2 hours). Of course, you can spend more time but you don’t need to take the week off from work or tell your family you can’t cook dinner all week (although feel free to use this as an excuse for some time off from those duties!) You can give yourself this gift AND still live your life!
