About the event

What if there was a way to calm your mind, relax your body and create abundant health just by lying down and listening? 

Good news!! There actually is a way and it's called Heavily Meditated(c) Yoga Nidra!  Our minds think roughly 60,000 thoughts each and every day.  Over 80% of them are negative and roughly 95% of them are repetitive.  That means, that the quality of our lives depends on the quality of our thoughts.  The body and mind in yoga are not separate - the mind and body impact each other.  Our overall health, state of mind, well-being, and happiness are all impacted by our thoughts!  

Meditation helps us to calm our "monkey mind," relax our bodies and create new pathways for "better" thinking - or more positive self-talk.  If 80% of our thoughts are negative (and most are the same thoughts, over and over again) how does that impact your body?  Your life?  What if, over time and practice, you could change that?  How would your life change if the thoughts you are thinking changed for the better?  What if 80% of your thoughts were positive?  What would be different in your life?
