Are you looking for a fresh start for the new year?  Are you ready to jump start your life and make this year one that is full of inspiration, wellness, and creativity energy? Join me in January to get started!

Here are just a few of the topic areas that we will cover over the coming months:

Giving your body and mind a break to “restore and refresh”  helps us feel good and enhances our wellness. Just living in the modern world exposes us to toxins – around our home, outside the home, in processed foods, etc. Our bodies do a great job cleansing these toxins and maintaining homeostasis. But these things take a toll on our body, our mind and our energy over time and can lead to physical and mental burnout or toxic overload. This is when you may experience breakdown – getting sick, suffering from depression or anxiety, feeling pain, feeling lethargic, and even dealing with disease.

--breathing techniques that will keep you calm, focused and energized
