Come experience the ancient practice of yogic sleep or Yoga Nidra.  Heavily Meditated © Yoga Nidra is a 6-week lunch time series that will deeply replenish and rejuvenate your body and calm your mind.  Yoga Nidra works on both a psychological as well as physiological level to bring your nervous system and whole body back into a balanced state.   An imbalance of tension and relaxation causes the stress we experience.  And, unfortunately, most of us have plenty of tension in our lives but not enough relaxation.  So, why not take your lunch hour (75 minutes) to reset your body and restore your mind to equilibrium? You will be glad you did!
